Red Noodle Beans and Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- Red noodle beans: 200g (7 oz)
- Minced pork: 150g (5.3 oz)
- Salt: to taste
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Ginger: 2 slices
- Fresh chili peppers: 2-3 pieces (15g/0.5 oz)

Step 1
Break the red noodle beans into shorter segments and wash thoroughly.

Step 2
Finely chop the chili peppers.

Step 3
Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the noodle beans over high heat.

Step 4
Add the chopped chili peppers and salt, continue to stir-fry.
