- 1 lemon (approx. 100g)
- 4-5 garlic cloves (20g total)
- Parsley, 2g
- Butter, 30g

Step 1: Prep Ingredients
- Mince garlic cloves
- Finely chop parsley
- Thaw cod fillets thoroughly

Step 2: Prepare Cod
- Cut cod into portions
- Arrange in baking dish
- Season generously with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Melt unsalted butter over a double boiler until fully liquefied.
